Costa Vass, who founded The Greek Olive in Cape Town in 2019, grew up in a traditional Greek home where his mother and grandmother passionately made olives in their kitchen. Through their legacy Costa pours love into every jar of olives, tapenade, and olive oil that he produces.  Recipes for the marinated kalamata olives and tapenade are a closely guarded family secret.
